Sweet Potato Kimchi Fries and Dairy-free Aioli.

Sometimes a little comfort goes a long way...
I see your French Fries and I raise you
Sweet Potato Kimchi Fries topped with a dairy-free garlic aioli.
This is gut healthy, spicy comfort at its best and a whole meal in itself. Whip up a beautiful green salad and dinner is served.

For the Fries
2-3 Large Sweet Potato's
Pink of Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Optional: Paprika and Pepper
Directions
Leave the skins on and don't wash (yup, I said it).
Coat the fries in salt and olive oil
Chop and bake at 200C for 30-40 min
For the Aioli
1 cup Soaked Cashews (overnight is best)
2 Cloves of fresh garlic
1 lemon squeezed
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
Dash of Salt
Optional: 1/4 cup grilled onions and 1 tsp cappers
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Adjust to your desired consistancy and taste.
Top your fries with our traditional kimchi and Aioli and enjoy.
